ENGIE Movie Perks – eVoucher redemption.

What's on offer:

Here’s what you need to know.

• You will receive two Village Cinemas standard eVouchers for each fuel (two eVouchers if you have an electricity account with ENGIE and/or two eVouchers if you have a gas account with ENGIE).
• You will receive a link to your eVouchers within 6 weeks of your energy plan being active. This may mean the eVouchers linked to your gas account could be sent at a different date than those eVouchers sent for your electricity plan.
• Your eVouchers are valid for 12 months – from the date they are sent to you. You will need to redeem your vouchers before they expire.
• eVouchers are not refundable, transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other gift products.
• Lost and expired vouchers will not be extended, replaced, or exchanged for cash. 
• You must be a Village Cinemas Vrewards member to redeem your eVouchers. Sign up for free by clicking here.

How to use your eVouchers 

• Open up Voucher PDF URL that’s attached to your email 
• Go to https://villagecinemas.com.au/ and select city, film session and seats
• Select ‘Want to use a voucher?’ up at the top of the website
• Enter the Voucher Number and Voucher PIN located in the PDF
• Continue with checkout process (booking fees apply)

A reminder of how your Vrewards points work.

You will receive your points on the first day of each month for the previous month, provided your Energy Plan is still active on the 24th of the previous month. You will be eligible to start receiving your Vreward points. a) for new customers; the day we start selling you energy; and (b) for existing customers; after your cooling off period. If this date is between the 25th and the end of the month you will receive points the first day of the following month.

Voucher Terms & Conditions: eVouchers are valid, upon presentation of a valid Vrewards Membership ID in Cinema or sign into your Vrewards account online, for one Vrewards Adult movie session admission. eVouchers can be redeemed online at villagecinemas.com.au or at the ticket box for movie sessions at participating Village Cinemas locations*. 

eVouchers cannot be redeemed until 24 hours after an eVoucher has been sent. Seating is subject to availability.  Please redeem your eVoucher for a seat to your selected movie session. Not valid for Gold Class, group bookings, special events, movie marathons, premium seating concepts or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated. A surcharge applies for recliner seating, 3D, 4DX, Vmax, Vpremium, Vjunior and Dolby Atmos sessions. Booking fees may apply. 

It is the responsibility of the holder to redeem eVouchers for a movie session scheduled on or before they expire. eVouchers are not refundable, not transferrable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other gift products.
