We are not responsible for any personal items brought onto the premises, so please ensure that all belongings are securely managed by the party organiser. For safety reasons, candles are not permitted on the premises, and we ask that no candles be brought to the venue. The function space is available for 30 minutes before or after your scheduled session to be agreed prior to the event. Any additional time beyond this must be pre-approved and may incur additional charges. All normal conditions of entry to the venue still apply, including adherence to safety guidelines and venue conduct policies. Food and beverages outside of the provided package must be purchased at the full price, and no external food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the venue.
Kids Birthday Packages are unavailable for booking after 5:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, or on public holidays. Children attending the event must be supervised by a parent or guardian associated with the birthday party at all times, as the organizer is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of all children. A minimum of 10 packages must be processed for each event, and if fewer than 10 packages are processed, full price tickets and candy bar items will apply. The kids party package is intended for children aged 14 and under and only valid in G or PG rated films.
A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to request a birthday hold slide, and please note that hold slides are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
