Online Ordering Available for Gold Class
Village Cinemas have an exciting new online ordering capability for Gold Class, offering a taste of luxury with ease, efficiency and convenience, allowing you to be fully immersed into your Gold Class Experience.
To pre-purchase any food and drinks online, click here to browse and book available Gold Class session times. If you have already purchased your film tickets, please head to your booking confirmation email and select the 'Add Food and Drinks' button.
How to pre-purchase your Gold Class Food and Drinks.
Select your Session, Browse the Menu & pick your In-Seat Delivery Time
As usual, select the film and session time, select your tickets and then click 'Choose Food and Drinks'. This will take you to the Gold Class menu where you can select a Gold Class Offer (eg. Deluxe Experience package for $99) or select individual items by clicking the + icon. You will then be prompted to choose the time you'd like to receive your food & drink items (Beginning, Middle or Towards the End of the Film).
Add to cart
You can then go ahead and add the item to your cart (amendments may still be made after adding it to your cart).
Confirm order & checkout
Happy with the Food and Drink items you've selected? Go ahead and click 'Continue to Payment' to finalise your order. Once you arrive at Gold Class, it's time to sit back, relax, enjoy the movie and let your pre-ordered food and drinks roll in.
If you have already purchased your Gold Class tickets, you'll need to simply select the seats you've booked, so our friendly staff can deliver your order to you. Online ordering will be available until the trailers begin for your session.
Should you wish to amend your online food & drinks order after arriving at the cinema, you may do so with ease by talking to our friendly on-site staff.

Please note: Refunds are no longer eligible from one hour before your session commences. If a voucher or gift card has been used, a self-refund is not possible, so you will need to get in touch with our customer service team.
If the food and drink items were purchased in the same transaction, then the entire order including the movie tickets and the food/drink items can be refunded.
If the food and beverage items were purchased in a separate transaction (added to the existing booking after the tickets were purchased), only the movie tickets can be self refunded online. Customers will need to contact the customer service team or will need to speak to on-site staff to get the food and drink portion refunded.
Unfortunately you do not have the option to add further food & drink items online when purchasing tickets to either of these events. Should you wish you add additional food and drinks, you will be able to do so with your waiter in Gold Class either before or during your session.
When making your online food & drink purchase, your session time and seat number will be noted to the booking, allowing our wait staff to deliver your order directly to your seat at your designated delivery time.
Online ordering is currently available in Victoria for Village Cinemas at Fountain Gate, Knox, Southland, Geelong, Werribee, Doncaster, Karingal, Rivoli, Crown Casino, Jam Factory, Plenty Valley, Sunshine, Century City and Hobart (Tas).
