Due to safety requirements, the following guests will not be admitted to a 4DX presentation:

• Children aged 3 and under
• Guests under 100 cm tall.

With our apologies, 4DX presentations are not recommended for the following guests:

• Guests weighing over 120kg
• Guests who suffer from high blood pressure, heart conditions, back or neck conditions, epilepsy, or any type of serious medical conditions or disabilities
• Guests who use a wheelchair
• Guests who are blind or who have visual impairment
• Guests with sensory sensitivities
• Pregnant women
• Guests suffering from breathing problems, such as allergies or scent sensitivities
• Guests prone to motion sickness.

If you are unsure about attending a 4DX presentation, please consult your doctor or physician.

4DX films will not necessarily be presented in 3D. If the particular film is also presented with 3D, glasses will be required. 3D glasses are available to purchase in cinema for an additional $1, and are yours to keep and reuse on future visits. 3D glasses are not included in the ticket price.

Yes, as long as they are at least 100cm tall, are aged 4 and up, and meet other requirements outlined in the 4DX Safety Guidelines.

Children must be seated in their own 4DX seat and not on anyone’s lap. Booster seats are unsuitable for use in the 4DX chairs. Children must remain seated throughout the session next to their parent/guardian. 

There is a button on your arm rest that allows you to turn the water effects off. No other effects can be turned on/off. All chairs move together, so we cannot stop individual chairs from moving. The use of effects varies between film.

There are 96 seats in the cinema, which are grouped with 4 seats together. All public sessions have allocated seating which is selected when you purchase your ticket.

Due to the unique requirements of the 4DX auditorium, wheelchair spaces are unavailable in this auditorium. Any films shown in 4DX will also be shown at an alternative time in a wheelchair accessible auditorium.

Gift cards with a dollar value can be used to purchase a 4DX ticket. 4DX sessions are marked as a Special Event and so some gift vouchers are not able to be redeemed. Redemption of gift cards/ vouchers are always subject to the individual conditions stated on the voucher or gift card.

Hot liquids, such as tea or coffee, shouldn’t be brought into the auditorium at all. Avoid eating or drinking during intense motion scenes. Drinks should be in a covered cup that fits in the cup holder. We recommend large drink cups for best fit.

Remain seated at all times unless you are getting up to leave the auditorium. Be mindful of the footrests when getting on or off the 4DX motion chairs. Exit the cinema as quickly and carefully as possible. 

Once seated, don’t put your arms or legs in between the seats, or stand with your full weight on the footrest. Please sit upright and keep your feet on the footrest.

If you must bring valuables into the auditorium, adequately secure and protect your property. Personal belongings must not be stored in the space between the seats, under the foot rest, or where it obstructs the aisles.

Scent, bubbles and water effects may stain cloth, especially silk.
