Welcome Cocktail - Cosmic Twist
A vibrant cocktail crafted with Appleton Rum, Ancho Reyes chili liqueur, fresh orange juice, and lime juice, balanced with the sweetness of apricot brandy. Served in a glass rimmed with sugar and garnished with a twist of orange rind for a zesty finish.
Canapé – Invisible
French Onion Consommé
What seems empty slowly stirs to life. With a quiet swirl of the wrist, hidden flavour is revealed as hot consommé is poured tableside. A delicate tribute to Sue Storm - elegant, restrained, unseen.
Entrée – Rock Solid
Whitefish Carpaccio, Heirloom Carrots, Onion, Brik Pastry
This New York-inspired dish channels Ben Grimm’s strength and soul. Delicate whitefish meets bold, pickled vegetables, chicken fat mayonnaise, and a Brik pastry tuille that shatters on impact - a crisp, clobbering moment worthy of The Thing himself.
Main – Stretch
Slow-Cooked Wagyu Rotolo, Mozzarella Custard
A refined nod to Reed Richards. Rolled pasta layered with rich wagyu beef bolognese, pan-fried for texture, and served on a creamy mozzarella custard. A dish designed to stretch the limits of flavour and form.
Dessert – Flame On
Fruit Loops Gelato and Chocolate Fudge Bombe Alaska
A nostalgic and fiery finish that captures Johnny Storm’s flare. Rainbow-hued Fruit Loops gelato meets chocolate fudge sponge, finished with salted popcorn and torched meringue - a sweet throwback to the vibrant 60s.
