Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions governing your membership of the Village Movie Club (“VMC”) operated by Village Cinemas Australia Pty Ltd ACN 006 735 002 (“Village”) are:

1. You may be asked to provide personal information to Village before registering or entering any competition or offer promoted by VMC. Employees of Village and its related bodies corporate, including immediate families, may become members of VMC but cannot enter competitions promoted by Village.
2. To join, members must (a) be aged 12 years and over; (b) complete VMC application form with correct and valid information; (c) agree to receive VMC emails regarding session times/movie information, and (d) provide an individual email address unused by any other person for subscription to the VMC. Membership is valid from receipt of VMC member card ("Card").
3. VMC membership and benefits are only available at those Village Cinemas listed on the VMC website. Village may vary the number and location of Village Cinemas that offer VMC (“Participating Cinemas”) and shall notify members of such changes via email.
4. Special Offers, Promotions, Competitions (“Promotions”): Members must present their Card at the Village Cinemas ticket box of participating cinemas when purchasing/collecting tickets to receive recognition for Promotions. Any Promotions may be subject to individual terms and conditions made available at the time of such event. Promotion prizes must be taken intact as offered and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the winner of a major prize is under 18, the prize will be awarded to that person’s parent or guardian. If a prize is unavailable, Village reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Village may in its sole discretion suspend or terminate VMC or any membership.
6. Village nor their respective officers, agents, employees and related bodies corporate makes any representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. Village will not be liable for any loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) or damage by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, of Village in connection with the VMC unless such liability may not be lawfully excluded, in which case liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Village is not responsible for any injury or damage from any technical malfunction of Internet systems, servers, or software resulting from membership of VMC.
7. Personal information Village collects from members is maintained in accordance with Village’s Privacy Policy accessible at ‘www.villagecinemas.com.au’. Personal information collected may be used for marketing/ promotional purposes. When your Card is swiped, information shall be recorded as part of your member profile: frequency of visits, number of tickets purchased and film/s viewed. Personal information will only be disclosed to Village and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
